Limited Availability: As our products are exclusive and limited in stock, we may not always be able to restock sold-out items. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Since our products are rare and exclusive, we have a strict return policy:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the exclusivity of our collection, all limited-edition or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Fee: If you choose to return an item (excluding defective or damaged items), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Eligibility for Returns: If a return is accepted, store credit or a replacement may be provided based on availability. Refunds will be processed only in cases of major defects or damage.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on stock availability.
Return Policy for Candles: Damaged candles will only be replaced if reported within 24 hours of delivery. In all other cases, the product is non-returnable.
