Return & Exchange Policy
At Dali Interior, we take great pride in the quality and exclusivity of our products. Due to the rare and exclusive nature of our collections, we have a strict return policy. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Any return requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the exclusivity of our collection, all limited-edition or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility & Process
1. Packaging:

  • Items must be securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • The return form (included in the original package) must be filled out and enclosed in the return parcel.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on stock availability.


3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is initiated for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be processed only in cases of major defects or damage.
  • If a return is accepted, the customer may receive store credit or a replacement based on availability.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer into the customer’s account.

International Orders

  • We do not offer exchanges for orders placed outside India.
  • If you require a different size or color, please return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
